The Bangladesh Climate Fiscal Framework (CFF) provides principles and tools for climate fiscal policy-making. It helps to identify the demand and supply sides of climate fiscal funds, and ensure transparency and sustainability in the longer term.

The National Strategic Plan of the Republic of the Marshall Islands was formulated as a framework to coordinate and align the medium-term development goals and objectives of the government at the national level. The Climate Change Priorities Action Plan of Cambodia outlines the response of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to the challenges of climate change. The goal of the action plan is to participate in reducing any negative impacts of climate change on the agricultural sector, animal production, forestry, and fisheries through various adaptation and mitigation approaches. The action plan presents proposed priority actions and the corresponding costing, as well as financial mechanism.

The National Auto Fuel Policy and Auto Fuel Vision and Policy 2025 addresses the key issue of the effect of fuels on human health which has to be kept at the highest priority. Hence, the proximate objective must be to roll out fuels containing progressively less sulfur at the earliest possible date.

This case involves a petition filed on behalf of India's transgender community asserting that the right to express one’s identity in a non-binary gender was an essential part of freedom of expression. The court concluded, after reviewing the history of the transgender community in India and applicable laws, that discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity includes any discrimination, exclusion, restriction or preference, which has the effect of nullifying or transposing equality by the law or the equal protection of laws guaranteed under the Constitution.

The Declaration of Legal Principles Relating to Climate Change embodies draft articles proposed by the International Law Association, which aims to provide legal principles applicable to States in addressing climate change and its adverse effects, emphasizing that change in the Earth’s climate and its adverse effects are a common concern of humankind. The Draft Articles characterizes the climate system as a common natural resource for the benefit of present and future generations, within the broader context of the international community’s commitment to sustainable development.

The Climate Change Action Plan (CCAP) for the Transport sector identifies the measures that will promote both the sector's development and effective climate change responses. It identifies the priority issues of the transport sector in relation to climate change, and the strategies to address the adaptation and mitigation needs of the sector. It then proposes an action plan matrix for actions to address the climate change concerns and issues of the sector.

The National Action Plan on Green Growth in Viet Nam is composed of four main themes, 12 groups of activities and 66 specific activities. The four main themes are: (i) setting up institutions and formulating green growth action plans at the local level; (ii) reducing the intensity of GHG emissions and promoting the use of clean and renewable sources of energy; (iii) greening production; and (iv) greening lifestyle and promoting sustainable consumption.
