Who We Are
We are a network of university teachers, trainers, and practitioners dedicated to advancing the teaching and practice of environmental, climate change and sustainability law across Asia.
Our ultimate objective is to develop a strong capacity for effective environmental governance in countries of the Asia-Pacific. By building environmental and climate law expertise, knowledge, and networks in the region, the implementation, compliance, and enforcement of environmental laws and standards can be improved.

"If you want to change mindsets, you have to start with the law students, the science students, because they will become politicians someday, they will become officials of government. This [Developing Climate and Environmental Law Champions] technical assistance program is critical."
