The Guidelines mandate all covered corporations engaged in activities or enterprises partially or wholly reserved to Philippine nationals by applicable laws to observe the constitutional or statutory ownership requirements.

The Presidential Instruction mandates various ministers and officials concerned to continue the suspension of granting new licenses on primary forest and peat land in conservation forest, protected forest, production forest and other land use areas specified in the indicative map. The court rejected the appeal and held that the two-finger test and its interpretation violate the right of rape survivors to privacy, physical and mental integrity, and dignity.

The Alternative Renewable Energy Policy of Bhutan was formulated considering the country's reliance of hydropower as sole renewable energy source, rising fossil fuel imports and the rising energy demand. The Policy sets out to broaden the renewable energy portfolio through the use of solar, wind and biomass technologies.

The National Framework for Climate Change and Climate Adaptation extends the 2005 Climate Change Adaptation Strategy. It addresses three main issues that Kiribati must confront, namely, rising sea levels, increasing sea-surface temperatures, and changes to weather patterns.

In a murder case, one of the three heirs of the deceased refused to compromise with the accused. After said heir passed away, his successors compromised with the convict and the offense was compounded. The Supreme Court declared that the offense was validly compounded with the agreement of the successors-in-interest of the legal heir.
