Expanding Positions Reserved for Persons with Disabilities, Republic Act No. 10524 (Philippines)
The amendment requires that at least 1% of all positions in government agencies, offices or corporations shall be reserved for persons with disability (PWDs). Private corporations with more than 100 employees are encouraged to reserve at least 1% of all positions for PWDs.
