This Royal Decree defines the organization and functioning of the National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM) to lead, administer and coordinate all disaster management activities induced by either natural or human-made disasters in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Paris Agreement

The 2015 Paris Agreement, an agreement within the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), aims to enhance the implementation of the UNFCCC and its objective. The agreement sets the target for the increase in global temperature average to "well below 2 ℃ above preindustrial levels" and a 1.5 ℃ temperature cap.

Intended Nationally Determined Contributions, 2016 (Tonga)

The Intended Nationally Determined Contributions of Tonga submits that it intends to achieve 50% of electricity generation from renewable sources by 2020 and 70% of electricity generation from renewable sources by 2030. Tonga also intends to improve energy efficiency through reduction of electricity line losses to 9% by 2020 (from a baseline of 18% in 2010).

Intended Nationally Determined Contribution of the Government of Malaysia, 2016

According to its Intended Nationally Determined Contribution, Malaysia intends to reduce its greenhouse gas emission intensity of gross domestic product (GDP) by 45% by 2030 relative to the emission intensity of GDP in 2005. As to adaptation, a national adaptation plan will be developed which will include addressing flood risks, water security, food security, protecting coastlines and health.

Environmental Levy Act, 2015 (Fiji)

The Act imposes a levy at the rate of 6% on the turnover of any person conducting a business involving the provision of a prescribed service. The prescribed services are enumerated in Schedule 2 of the Act, which includes services related to hospitality, tourism and entertainment.
