The Act provided the protection for children in conflict with the law through the juvenile justice system.

This Royal Decree defines the organization and functioning of the National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM) to lead, administer and coordinate all disaster management activities induced by either natural or human-made disasters in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The tasks and responsibilities of the NCDM include formulation of policies, plans, and regulations for disaster management, promoting public awareness for implementation of disaster management, and mobilizing resources and coordinating the implementation of disaster risk reduction.

The National Greenhouse Gas Inventory System has the overall objective of building a national system for inventory of greenhouse gases (GHGs), creating a legal basis for the inventory of GHGs in Viet Nam, in order to adhere to the current regulations in response to climate change, and meet the requirements and obligations of State Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. It also enunciates the specific goals of the system.

The 2015 Paris Agreement, an agreement within the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), aims to enhance the implementation of the UNFCCC and its objective. The agreement sets the target for the increase in global temperature average to "well below 2 ℃ above preindustrial levels" and a 1.5 ℃ temperature cap.

Respondents Greenpeace South East Asia, et. al. filed a petition before the Supreme Court for a Writ of Continuing Mandamus and Writ of Kalikasan against the petitioners, alleging that the conduct of field trials for bioengineered eggplants violated their constitutional rights to a healthful and balanced ecology considering that the bioengineered eggplants were harmful to human health and environment.

The Intended Nationally Determined Contributions of Tonga submits that it intends to achieve 50% of electricity generation from renewable sources by 2020 and 70% of electricity generation from renewable sources by 2030. Tonga also intends to improve energy efficiency through reduction of electricity line losses to 9% by 2020 (from a baseline of 18% in 2010).

The Palau Climate Change Policy is driven by the vision of "Happy, healthy, sustainable and resilient Palauan communities in a changing world." The Policy establishes a unified Government Policy prioritizing intervention and financing. It addressed ten sectors, identifying the top three risks for each and defines corresponding priority interventions.

According to its Intended Nationally Determined Contribution, Malaysia intends to reduce its greenhouse gas emission intensity of gross domestic product (GDP) by 45% by 2030 relative to the emission intensity of GDP in 2005. As to adaptation, a national adaptation plan will be developed which will include addressing flood risks, water security, food security, protecting coastlines and health.

The Code of Civil Procedure provides for the basic principles in civil proceedings. Specifically, among the cases falling within the court's jurisdiction are the disputes over property ownership and other rights over property; disputes over the development and utilization of water resources and waste discharge to water as prescribed in the law on water resources; disputes over land according to legislation on land; and disputes over the right to forest ownership/enjoyment according to regulations in the law on forest protection and development, among others.

The Act imposes a levy at the rate of 6% on the turnover of any person conducting a business involving the provision of a prescribed service. The prescribed services are enumerated in Schedule 2 of the Act, which includes services related to hospitality, tourism and entertainment.
