National Irrigation Master Plan, 2016 (Bhutan)
The main objective of the National Irrigation Master Plan of Bhutan is to present a 15-year action plan and roadmap for the development of climate adaptive irrigation systems and irrigated agriculture to help attain food and nutrition security and enhanced rural incomes. In order to achieve the food security targets, an irrigation development road map was designed with four main components, namely, infrastructure development, land development and agricultural mechanization, integrated crop and water management, and institutional development.

Amendment to the Biofuels Act, 2015 (Philippines)

T.N. Godavarman Thirumulpad vs. Union of India, (2008) 2 SCC 222
The case involves an application to the court for clearance to set up an aluminum refinery in an area which includes a reserve forest land. In disposing of the matter, the court said that adherence to the principle of sustainable development is now a constitutional requirement. In applying the principle of sustainable development, one must bear in mind that development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of the future generations to meet their own needs in sustainable development.

Palau Energy Act of 2015
The intent and purpose of the Palau Energy Act is to establish a comprehensive national framework to improve energy security by diversifying the supply of energy to the people of Palau, including renewable energy, and promoting progressive policy development and implementation by a more robust, cost-effective, and efficient Energy Administration. The Act thus established an Energy Administration as a separate entity within the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Industries and Commerce.

National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan 2016 (Cambodia)
The National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP) envisions that, by 2050, Cambodia's biodiversity and its ecosystem services are valued, conserved and restored where necessary, wisely used and managed so as to ensure equitable economic prosperity and improved quality of life for all in the country. The NBSAP identifies four (4) overall strategic objectives for the realization of its vision, as well as all 37 generic actions for the achievement of the overall strategic objectives.

The Tonga Climate Change Policy aims to provide a clear vision, goal and objectives to respond to climate change over the next five years. The Policy is intended as an overarching context and guiding framework with policy objectives requiring multi-sector coordination. It recognizes that climate change is the single biggest issue that will determine the future of Tonga and will require a "whole of Tonga" level of cooperation and coordination.
