The Order provides for the rules and regulations in the registration of pharmacists.

The Electricity Act governs the licensing of activities relating to electricity including electricity licenses and service licenses. The Act provides for the registration of certain forestry right and harvesting and accreditation of timber plantation. The Act likewise mandates the preparation of a Timber Plantations Code.

The rules and regulations were issued to implement the Countervailing Act of 1999.

The Act provides the legal framework for the imposition of safeguard measures to protect domestic industries and producers from increased imports which cause or threaten to cause serious injury to those domestic industries and producers.
