Pharmacists Registration Order, 2001 (Brunei Darussalam)
The Order established the Pharmacy Board consisting of the Director of Pharmaceutical Services and other persons appointed by the Minister. The Order requires that a register of pharmacists be maintained by the Director of Pharmaceutical Services. It defines the eligibility for persons to be registered as a pharmacist, as well as the procedure for application for registration. No person shall take or use the name or title of pharmaceutical chemist, pharmaceutist, druggist, chemist, pharmacist, apothecary or any other word in any language having similar meaning or having like intent, unless the person is duly registered as such.
