Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Countervailing Duty Act of 1999 (Philippines)
The Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) enumerate the non-actionable subsidies, provide for the process on initiation of countervailing measures and other forms of trade remedies, requirement for notice to and consultation with the government of the country exporting of impending countervailing investigation, conduct of investigation and the process for the imposition of the countervailing duty, among others.
