A daughter who married a man against her father's wishes was shot and killed by the father. Her husband and seven-month-old baby were killed as well. The Energy Conservation Act creates the Bureau of Energy Efficiency. The functions and powers of the Bureau include recommending to the Central Government the norms for processes and energy consumption standards, promoting the use of energy efficient processes, equipment, devices and systems, and promoting innovative financing of energy efficiency projects.
