The general objective of the program is to gradually realize the National Strategy on climate change, increase awareness and capacity to adapt to climate change, and move towards reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, building a low-carbon economy and actively working with the international community to protect the earth's climate system. Specific goals to achieve the general objective are likewise identified, as well as the main contents and tasks of the program, which shall be implemented from 2012 to the end of 2015.

The People's Survival Fund Act of 2012 (Philippines)
The People's Survival Fund (PSF) Act aims to provide long-term finance streams to enable the government to effectively address climate change. It amends the Climate Change Act for this purpose. The Act directs that the amount of one billion pesos (P1,000,000,000.00) shall be appropriated under the General Appropriations Act (GAA) as opening balance of the PSF. Thereafter, the balance of the PSF from all sources including the amount appropriated in the GAA for the current year shall not be less than one billion pesos (P1,000,000,000.00).

Report of the Special Rapporteur in the Field of Cultural Rights, A/67/287

Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (Amendment), Order No. 102 of 2012 (Vanuatu)
These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations.
