Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Order, 2012 (Brunei Darussalam)
The Order established the Board of Housing Developers which is mandated to implement the provisions of the Order. It states that no housing development shall be carried out or undertaken in Brunei Darussalam except by a licensed housing developer.
The Order lays down the requirements, procedures and rules with respect to the licensing of housing developers.
