The Resolution amended the manner by which the Feed-in Tariff Allowance shall be determined and designated the National Transmission Corporation as the regulatory body responsible for the settlement of the Feed-in Tariffs of eligible renewable energy power plants.

The ASEAN Human Rights Declaration affirms the universal, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated human rights avowed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It categorizes the right into civil and political, and economic, social and cultural rights. In a case of rape committed against a 13-year old girl, negligence in the police investigation caused a public uproar. However, after the case progressed, the father entered into a compromise with the accused, prompting civil society groups to file a petition that the out-of-court settlement constitutes a mockery of justice since offenses are not against a single person but the whole of society. In disposing of the petition, the Supreme Court laid down new guidelines for the authorities concerned with the investigation and prosecution of all rape matters.

The goals of the Program are to deploy targeted energy efficiency and conservation programs in synchronization and in depth, to remove barriers and create breakthrough changes in improving end-use efficiency. It focuses on the areas of industrial manufacturing, large energy-consuming buildings, transportation, services, households, and high-performance equipment and facilities.

The overall objective of the strategy is to use green growth as a means to achieve a low-carbon economy and to enrich natural capital, among others. The strategy also identifies specific objectives under the overall objective, strategic tasks to achieve the avowed objectives, solutions to challenges and the organization for implementation thereof.

The Act aims to make disaster management activities coordinated, object oriented and strengthened, and to formulate rules to build infrastructure for effective disaster management. It also creates the National Disaster Management Council, which shall provide strategic direction to disaster management, and the Department of Disaster Management, which shall implement the objectives of the Act.

The National Spatial Planning and Management Act provides a framework for the planning, use, development, management, and protection of land in Tonga. The Act establishes the National Spatial Planning Authority, in which authority shall be held by the Minister of Lands. The Authority is responsible mainly for the exercise of the powers conferred by this Act so as to meet its objectives.

The Act provides for the prevention, investigation, suppression and imposition of penalties for cybercrime.

The National Climate Change Policy of Pakistan aims to ensure that climate change is mainstreamed in the economically and socially vulnerable sectors of the economy and to steer Pakistan towards climate resilient development. It sets out Pakistan's climate change adaptation policy measures, concerning water resources, agriculture and livestock, human health, forestry, biodiversity, vulnerable ecosystems, disaster preparedness, and socioeconomic measures. It also sets out the climate change mitigation policy measures which cover energy, energy efficiency and conservation, transport, town planning, industries, agriculture and livestock, and carbon sequestration and forestry.
