Resolution Adopting Amendments to the Feed-in Tariff Rules, Energy Regulatory Commission Resolution No. 15, Series of 2012 (Philippines)
The National Transmission Corporation (TransCo) is tasked to settle the Feed-in Tariff (FiT) of eligible renewable energy power plants. It is mandated to ensure that the FiT Allowance (FiT-All) is sufficient to pay all eligible renewable energy power plants. The collection of FiT-all shall be remitted to TransCo, and the latter shall be responsible for the disbursement of the FiT-All fund for the settlement and payment of the FiTs to eligible renewable energy power plants.
