Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, Republic Act No. 10175 (Philippines)
The Act penalizes cybercrime offenses including:
- Illegal access
- Illegal interception
- Data and system interference
- Cyber-squatting
- Computer-related offenses such as computer-related forgery, computer-related fraud and computer-related identity theft
- Content-related offenses such as cybersex, child pornography and unsolicited commercial communications
