Pakistan's Intended Nationally Determined Contribution broadly articulates the major challenges faced by the country, which are likely to intensify in the future as a result of climate-induced variability and natural disasters. Actions are already underway for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and adaptation by way of managing disasters and building resilience capacities are also enunciated. These actions represent Pakistan’s contribution to the global effort towards meeting the ultimate UNFCCC objectives and stabilizing the concentration of GHG emissions into the atmosphere.

Energy Policy, 2012, Volume II of II (Federated States of Micronesia)

The Energy Policy (2012) of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) enunciates the national vision for energy to improve the lives and livelihoods of all FSM citizens with affordable, reliable and environmentally sound energy. In particular, it identifies the major goals of reducing dependency on imported sources of energy by having an increased share of renewable energy sources, and having cross-sectoral energy conservation and efficiency standards in place so that by 2020 the share of renewable energy sources will be at least 30% of total energy production, while electricity efficiency will increase by 50%. The policy is composed of two Volumes, with Volume II containing the energy action plans.

Climate Change Action Plan for Energy Sector, 2021-2023 (Cambodia)

The Climate Change Action Plan for Energy Sector has the objective of, among others, contributing to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the energy sector by updating the power development master plan, which aims to maximize the use of renewable energy, increase energy efficiency by maintaining sufficient, reliable, low-cost, and sustainable energy. It also provides direction on a number of issues which are critical to the energy sector development, including climate-proofing of existing and future energy infrastructure, reduction of GHG emissions, and building human resource capacity in the sector to meet the country’s commitments on Sustainable Energy for All.

A man killed his uncle, the latter's wife and two daughters. The court rejected the compounding of the offense, stating that the requirement of leave of court does not automatically affix a judicial stamp upon a compromise. This is particularly true if the compromises and the offender are both beneficiaries of the crime.
