The Bangladesh Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan provides an overview of the different adaptation strategies for the impacts of climate change in Bangladesh. It sets forth a ten-year program to build capacity and resilience to address climate change over the next 20 to 25 years.

The applicants opposed the "Road Switch Day" which was about to be implemented, pursuant to the Road Transport Reform Act, by requiring all cars to switch driving to the left-hand side of the road from the right-hand side. They argued that the switch will increase the risk of vehicular accidents and the increased risk violates the constitutional provision that no person shall be deprived of his life intentionally, except by way of a penalty for a statutory offense. The court held that the constitution is clear in proscribing only intentional deprivation of life, and does not provide for a positive duty for the state to protect life.

The Magna Carta of Women declares the State's policy to accord full protection for women's human and fundamental rights, and eliminate all forms of discrimination against them, in accordance with the Philippines' commitment in the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women.

Myanmar's National Sustainable Development Strategy covers the three pillars, namely environment, economic and social aspects of the country. Its vision is "Wellbeing and Happiness for Myanmar People," with identified goals, namely, Sustainable Management of Natural Resources; Integrated Economic Development; and Sustainable Social Development.

The International Arbitration Order provides for the reform of laws on international arbitration and the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in Brunei. It expressly adopts the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration which shall have the force of law in Brunei. It also adopts the definition of an arbitration agreement in the Model Law. It sets out the procedure for the recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award by a competent court.

The Tuvalu National Energy Policy (TNEP) articulates the government's policies for the planning and management of the energy sector over the next 15 years. The TNEP aims to improve the well-being of the Tuvalu people by promoting the use of its renewable energy resources and implementing cost effective, equitable, reliable, accessible, affordable, secure and environmentally sustainable energy systems.

The Act established the regulatory framework for the protection and conservation of the Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park.

The issuance approves the Scheme on improvement of community awareness and community-based management of natural disaster risks. Its overall objectives are to improve community awareness and apply effective models of community-based management of natural disaster risks at all levels and in all sectors, especially among administrations, and people of villages and communes, in order to minimize human and property losses, restrict the deterioration of natural resources, the environment and cultural heritages caused by natural disasters, contributing to ensuring national sustainable development, defense and security.

The Circular provides the guidelines on the award of Renewable Energy Service/Operating Contracts (RE Contracts). The Circular defines an RE Contract as a service agreement between the Government and an RE Developer in which the latter shall have the exclusive right to explore, develop or utilize a particular RE area. RE Contracts shall be awarded through an open and competitive process of selection or by direct negotiation, the procedures for which are provided in the circular.

The Act established the Financial Services Development Authority as a statutory body, and provided its functions and powers.
