The Renewable Energy Policy of Bangladesh aims to scale up contributions of renewable energy to electricity to substitute indigenous non-renewable energy sources. It provides fiscal and investment incentives to renewable energy projects.

Respondents Concerned Residents of Manila Bay filed a complaint against several government agencies, including petitioner Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, for the cleanup, rehabilitation and protection of Manila Bay. The complaint alleged that the water quality of Manila Bay had fallen way below the allowable standards set by law.

The Renewable Energy Act of the Philippines aims to accelerate the development of renewable energy sources. It mandates the establishment of Renewable Portfolio Standards, Feed-In Tariffs System for emerging renewable energy resources, and grants incentives to renewable energy project developers.

This Law provides for chemical-related activities, safety in chemical-related activities, rights and obligations of organizations and individuals engaged in chemical-related activities, and state management of chemical-related activities in Viet Nam. 

The Regulations provide for electrical energy management for the efficient use of electricity. They impose reportorial and other requirements on private installations for the generation or consumption of electricity which electrical consumption exceeds 3,000,000 kWh over a period of six (6) months. They also require the appointment of a registered electrical energy manager for such installations.

The People's Charter for Change, Peace and Progress identifies 11 Key Pillars for Rebuilding Fiji. For each pillar, the People's Charter discusses critical problems and issues, as well as proposes a way forward.

The Act requires the implementation of environmental education in all schools in the Philippines.

The law mandates that the Department of Education, together with other concerned agencies, shall integrate environmental education in its school curricula at all levels. Environmental education shall encompass environmental concepts and principles, environmental laws, the state of international and local environment, local environmental best practices, the threats of environmental degradation and its impact on human well-being, the responsibility of the citizenry to the environment and the value of conservation, protection and rehabilitation of natural resources, and the environment in the context of sustainable development.

The Administrative Order laid down the guidelines for the assessment and delineation of boundaries between forestlands, national parks and agricultural lands with the objective of ensuring the protection and sustainable development of forestlands.

The Program's overall objective is to assess climate change impact on various domains and localities, and formulate feasible action plans to effectively respond to climate change. It aims to ensure national sustainable development and seize opportunities to develop a low-carbon economy and join international efforts in mitigating climate change.
