Reorganizing the Build-Operate and Transfer Center to the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines, Executive Order No. 8
The Executive Order recognized the need to facilitate the coordination and monitoring of the Public-Private Partnership programs and projects by converging these functions to the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) as the lead oversight agency. The Executive Order reorganized and renamed the Build-Operate-Transfer Center to the Public-Private-Partnership Center which shall be an attached agency of the NEDA.

Disaster Management Act 1984 (Papua New Guinea)

The Intended Nationally Determined Contribution of the Philippines submits the intended mitigation measure to undertake greenhouse gas (CO2e) emission reduction of about 70% by 2030 relative to its business as usual scenario of 2000-2030. Reduction of CO2e emissions will come from energy, transport, waste, forestry and industry sectors.

UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, General Recommendation No. 19: Violence against Women, Eleventh Session
This case involves domestic violence allegedly committed by the appellant husband against his wife, the complainant. Citing the constitution, the court stated that the state had the obligation to deal with domestic violence, being mandated to protect both the rights of everyone to enjoy freedom and security of the person, and to bodily and psychological integrity, and the right to have their dignity respected and protected, as well as the defensive rights of everyone not to be subjected to torture in any way and not to be treated or punished in a cruel, inhuman or degrading way.

The Constitution of the Republic of Nauru
