Reorganizing the Build-Operate and Transfer Center to the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines, Executive Order No. 8
The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center shall cover all PPP programs and projects under the Build-Operate and Transfer Law, as well as joint-venture agreements. It shall have the powers and functions to, among others, conduct project facilitation and assistance to national implementing agencies to address impediments in the implementation of PPP projects, provide capacity development to Local Government Units in the preparation and development of PPP projects and recommend policies and guidelines for PPP projects.
