India's Intended Nationally Determined Contribution (INDC) observes that India is highly vulnerable to the effects of climate change, with its vast population dependent on the growth of its agrarian economy, expansive coastal areas, and the Himalayan region and islands. India thus submitted its INDC, keeping in view its development agenda, particularly the eradication of poverty coupled with its commitment to following the low-carbon path to progress and being sanguine about the unencumbered availability of clean technologies and financial resource from around the world.

National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan of Bangladesh 2016-2021
The National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP) is the basic instrument for implementing the Convention on Biological Diversity at the national level. It was prepared in order to fulfill the commitments of Bangladesh towards the objective of the Convention on Biological Diversity, namely conservation of biodiversity, the sustainable use of its components and fair and equitable sharing of the benefits arising out of the utilization of genetic resources.

Reorganizing the Build-Operate and Transfer Center to the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines, Executive Order No. 8
The Executive Order recognized the need to facilitate the coordination and monitoring of the Public-Private Partnership programs and projects by converging these functions to the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) as the lead oversight agency. The Executive Order reorganized and renamed the Build-Operate-Transfer Center to the Public-Private-Partnership Center which shall be an attached agency of the NEDA.
