Environment Conservation Act and Amendments, Act 1, 1995
An Environmental Clearance Certificate from the Director General must be issued before initiating any commercial or industrial activity and environmental guidelines provided and largely distributed and enforced in order to prevent ecological disasters.
Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act, 1995
The Department of Environment is instituted as per section 3 of this Act and a Director General appointed to lead it. All the provisions are directed to protect the environment by any polluting , be it a solid, liquid, gaseous, or noise, heat and radiation.
Biodiversity and Community Knowledge Protection Act, 1998
This Act aims to implement the spirit, principles and relevant provisions of the Convention on Biological Diversity. The Act aims to protect the sovereign rights of the communities that have knowledge of biodiversity, and have managed, maintained, conserved, reproduced and enhanced biodiversity, genetic resources and traditional knowledge, culture and various forms of practice related to these resources.

Protection and Conservation of Fish (Amendment) Act, 1995 (Act No. 9 of 1995)
This Act amends the Protection and Conservation of Fish Act, 1950.Amendments shall include: the insertion of a new clause (Ia) to section 2 defining “fishery”; minor word changes in section 3 and 5; and the substitution of section 7 with a new section dealing with offences.

Australian Constitution
The Australian Constitution has properly been described as “the birth certificate of a nation”. It also provides the basic rules for the government of Australia. Indeed, the Constitution is the fundamental law of Australia binding everybody including the Commonwealth Parliament and the Parliament of each State. Accordingly, even an Act passed by a Parliament is invalid if it is contrary to the Constitution.

An Act to establish a statutory corporation, Zero Waste SA, with the function of reforming waste management in the State; and for other purposes.
