Regional Regulation of the Province of Jakarta Capital Special Region No. 9/2011 on Regional Disaster Mitigation Board.

This Regulation implements article 18 of the Law on Disaster Mitigation. The Regulation provides for the establishment of a Regional Disaster Mitigation Board to formulate and stipulate disaster mitigation and refugee handling policies by taking action promptly, effectively and efficiently, and to coordinate the execution of disaster mitigation activities in an integrated manner and comprehensively. The Regulation further provides for: organizational structure of the Board; working mechanisms; budget of the Board; etc.

Act No. 41 of 1999 on forestry affairs

The Act provides for the management of forest in terms of conservation, protection and production. The Act is constituted of 18 Chapters and 84 articles, dealings with forest management, planning, research, development, education, training and enforcing the environmental and socio-economic benefits deriving from the proper administration of those natural resources.

Regulation of the Agriculture Minister No. 73/Permentan/SR.130/10/2011 on general guide to the management of compound NPK fertilizer, granulated organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer direct assistance of the budget year 2011.

This Regulation provides a general guide to the management of compound NPK fertilizer, granulated organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer direct assistance of the budget year 2011. The Director General of Agricultural Infrastructures and Facilities on behalf of the Agriculture Minster shall decide allocations of this direct assistance for each region. The Prospective Farmers and Location (CPCL) shall propose to distribute compound NPK fertilizer, granulated organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer direct assistance to farmer groups in order to increase food security.

Commission Implementing Decision 2012/690/EU amending Decision 2010/381/EU on emergency measures applicable to consignments of aquaculture products imported from India and intended for human consumption and repealing Decision 2010/220/EU on emergency measures applicable to consignments of farmed fishery products imported from Indonesia and intended for human consumption

This Decision governs the importation of consignments of aquaculture products from India intended for human consumption. It stipulates that Member States may authorize the importation into the European Union of consignments provided that they are accompanied by the results of an analytical test carried out at the place of origin to ensure that they do not present a danger to human health.

Regulation of the Minister of Trade RI No. 23/M-DAG/PER/9/2011 concerning amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 44/M-DAG/PER/9/2009 concerning procurement, distribution and supervision of hazardous material.

This Regulation amends Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 44/M-DAG/PER/9/2009 concerning procurement, distribution and supervision of hazardous material. Amendments have been made to the definitions of article 1 and the provisions of article 2, and new articles 5A, 5B, 5C and 26A have been inserted so as to stipulate port of destination for hazardous materials and to conduct technical verification or review on imported hazardous material at the port of loading.

Regulation of the Minister of Trade of R.I. No. 60/M-DAG/PER/9/2012 concerning the second amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 30/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 concerning provision on import of horticultural products

This Regulation amends various provisions of Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 30/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 concerning provision on import of horticultural products.Amendments have been made to provisions related to: definitions; procedures and requirements for companies to obtain recognition as Producer Importer of Horticulture Products or determination of Registered Importer of Horticulture Products; packaging and labeling requirements; verification or technical inquiry on imports; reports on imports; and sanctions.The Regulation further inserts three new articles 35A, 35B and 36A; deletes articles 2, 4, 18-20; and substitutes the Attachment with a new Attachment listing horticultural products governed by this Regulation.

Regulation of the Trade Minister No. 44/M-DAG/PER/9/2009 on the procurement, distribution and control of hazardous materials.

This Regulation provides for policies related to the procurement, circulation, sale and control of locally-made and imported hazardous materials in order to control their abuse that may cause disturbance to health, human safety, animals, plants and the environment. The Regulation specifies the types of hazardous materials produced domestically or imported, regulates the distribution of hazardous materials, sets out the conditions for distribution, and gives provisions on the packaging and labelling. Distributors and retailers of hazardous materials shall have a Permit to Trade Hazardous Materials as provided for in the text.

Regulation of the Minister of Trade of RI No. 58/M-DAG/PER/9/2012 on provisions on salt import

This Regulation makes provision for the import of salt for consumption and industrial salt.The Regulation prohibits the import of salt in certain periods and at certain prices as provided for in the text.The Regulation states that salt may be imported only by companies that have obtained recognition as producing importer of salt for consumption or industrial salt producer importers. Procedures and requirements to obtain recognition are set out in the Regulation.

Regulation of the Trade Minister No. 48/M-DAG/PER/7/2012 on provisions on the export of non-subsidized urea fertilizers

This Regulation aims to increase the effectiveness of the supervision of fertilizers to avoid any misuse and to ensure the domestic availability of fertilizers.The Regulation prohibits the exportation of subsidized fertilizers and limits the export of non-subsidized fertilizers whose volume of export shall be set every year as provided for in the text.The Regulation further sets out procedures for obtaining written approval for the export of non-subsidized urea fertilizers issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade.

Basic Forestry Law (Act No. 5 of 1967)

This Act outlines the basic principles which govern the management and conservation of state and private forests. The 22 articles are divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Forest Planning (II); On Managing Forest (III); On Forest Management (IV); On Forest Protection (V); Penal Provisions (VI); Transitional Provisions (VII); Concluding Provisions (VIII).Purpose of this Act is the protection of forest, to be achieved through a proper management of forest and forestry products. According to the provisions of article 5 "all forest within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia are administered by the State". The government shall make a general plan for the rational management and conservation of forests. The management shall be performed by the Government, joint ventures or granted to State enterprises.
