Law on the Establishment of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing
The Ministry of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing is established under the jurisdiction of the Royal Government of Cambodia. The Ministry shall administer and manage fisheries, forestry and agriculture in Cambodia.
Sub-Decree No. 25 (RGC) on management of fishing communities
This Sub-Decree determines rules and procedures for establishing and managing fishing communities across the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Sub-Decree On Solid Waste Management No.36 ANRK.BK
The Sub-decree includes the following Chpaters: I, General provisions; II, Household waste management; III, Hazardous waste management; IV, Monitoring and inspection of Hazardous waste management; V, Penalty; VI, Final provisions; Annex on type of hazardous Waste. It regulates the collection, storage, disposal, dumping, recycling of solid domestic and industrial, commercial, hospital and other asserted waste in order to prevent any ecological damage to the ecosystem and avoiding pollution of both soil and water.
Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
This Sub-Decree determines the organization of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries‰Ûª entities and the missions of the general departments, general inspectorate, and locally based entities of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Sub-decree on air pollution
This sub-decree provides for the water pollution control in order to prevent and reduce public water areas pollution in order to protect human and animal health and ensure the conservation of bio-diversity.

Petroleum Regulations
The regulations provide for the exploitation of petroleum as natural gas or crude oil or liquid, gaseous, solid or semisolid hydrocarbons as well as sulphur, helium and other hydrocarbon-like compounds. Contractors must apply for a Production Permit in order to start mining operations. Production areas must be mapped and demarcated before starting any exploration or drilling. Concession for the extraction of both petroleum and derivates shall be ratified in Contract years and shall initiate as per the date of the Contract.
Petroleum Amendment Regulations, 1999
These Regulations amend the Petroleum Regulations 199. Amendments include: the substitution of all the wordings, Ministry of Industry, Committee, Inter-Ministerial Technical Committee for the Petroleum Exploration and Production, with the wordings, Cambodian National Petroleum Authority; the addition of a new article 5B on principles of legal procedures for special circumstances; and minor changes to articles 2, 5A and 9.
