Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 04/M-DAG/PER/2/2006 on Distribution and Monitoring of Hazardous Materials.

This Regulation provides for the distribution and monitoring of hazardous materials in order to prevent their misuse. The Regulation consists of 10 Chapters divided into 25 articles.Chapter II specifies the types of hazardous materials produced domestically or imported. Chapter III regulates the distribution of hazardous materials, sets out the conditions for distribution, and gives provisions on the packaging and labelling. Distributors and retailers of hazardous materials shall have a Licence to Trade Hazardous Materials (SIUP-B2) as provided for in Chapter IV. Regular reports on the acquisition and distribution of hazardous materials shall be submitted to the competent officers (Chapter V). Restrictions are set out in Chapter VI. Chapter VII deals with the development on, and monitoring over, the distribution of hazardous materials. Hazardous materials shall be properly distributed, and the storage, packing and labelling of hazardous materials shall meet safety, security and environmental standards. The remaining Chapters deal with sanctions and transitory provisions.

Regulation of the Agriculture Minister No. 52/Permentan/OT.140/9/2011 on recommendation on approval of the entry and exit of cattle to and from the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

This Regulation provides for procedures and for administrative and technical conditions for the import of calves and the export of cattle. Procedures and requirements for obtaining a recommendation on approval for importing calves or exporting cattle are set out in the Regulation. The Regulation further provides for: principles of animal welfare and transportation; approval holder obligations; surveillance on the entry of calves and exit of cattle; sanctions; etc.

Regulation of the Minister of Trade RI No. 23/M-DAG/PER/9/2011 concerning amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 44/M-DAG/PER/9/2009 concerning procurement, distribution and supervision of hazardous material.

This Regulation amends Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 44/M-DAG/PER/9/2009 concerning procurement, distribution and supervision of hazardous material. Amendments have been made to the definitions of article 1 and the provisions of article 2, and new articles 5A, 5B, 5C and 26A have been inserted so as to stipulate port of destination for hazardous materials and to conduct technical verification or review on imported hazardous material at the port of loading.

Regulation of the Forestry Minister No. 45/Menhut-II/2007on the procedure of licensing equipment for the exploitation of wood and non-wood forest products from timber estates in plantation forests

This Regulation sets out procedures and requirements to obtain a permit for the use of equipment necessary for the exploitation of wood and non-wood forest products from timber estates in plantation forests. The equipment shall be used for land preparation or clearing or land cultivation, felling, loading, transportation, etc.

Government Regulation No. 76/2008 concerning forest rehabilitation and reclamation

This Government Regulation provides for the rehabilitation of unproductive land by means of reforestation, greening, maintenance and improvement of the quality of vegetation, plant enrichment and application of land preservation technology. It further provides for forest reclamation activities which aim at repairing or recovering damaged land with forest vegetation.The Government Regulation defines phases which must be conducted to undergo forest rehabilitation and forest reclamation.The Minister, Governor or Regent/Mayor, according to their respective authority, shall take action in managing, controlling and supervising the implementation of forest rehabilitation and reclamation activities.

Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resource of RI No. 12/2011 on procedures for specifying Mining Business Area and Regional Information System on Mineral and Coal Mining Area.

This Regulation sets out procedures for specifying mining areas to be exploited which include radioactive, metal mineral, coal, non-metal mineral and rocks mining business areas.The Regulation provides for the establishment of an information system on mining areas which is meant for standardization and includes coordinates systems, basic maps issued by the Government agency and maps of the different mining business areas.

Regulation of the Forestry Minister No. P.63/Menhut-II/2011 on guide to planting tree for the holders of borrow-and-use forest permits within the framework of rehabilitating river basin areas.

This Regulation provides a guide to realize the planting of trees by holders of borrow-and-use forest area permits within the framework of river basin area rehabilitation. The Regulation provides for: target locations for the planting of trees to rehabilitate river basin areas; types of trees to be planted in conservation forests, protected forests, etc.; size of planting areas; procedures for the proposal and approval of locations for the planting of trees; annual plans for the planting of trees; evaluation of planting and management of planting results; monitoring and technical guidance; sanctions; etc.

Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. P.53/Menhut-II/2009 on the import and use of equipment for activities of Business Licence to Utilize Forest or Licence to Utilize Timber." href="http://www.asianjudges.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/ins103221.pdf"]

This Regulation sets out requirements and application procedures to obtain a licence to import and use equipment in forest areas where holders of licences to utilize timber and to utilize forests operate. An equipment licence will allow the use of heavy tools to transport wood and of common tools used to fell, cut or split trees in forest areas.

Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1603/K/40/MEM/2003 on the Guidelines on reservation of mining areas.

The Decree provides the guidelines in order to identify and zone off mining concessions in certain mining areas; the information on the interested areas is provided by the SIWP (Mining Area Information System) as detailed in the text.
