Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resource of RI No. 12/2011 on Procedures for Specifying Mining Business Area and Regional Information System on Mineral and Coal Mining Area
This Regulation sets out procedures for specifying mining areas to be exploited which include radioactive, metal mineral, coal, non-metal mineral and rocks mining business areas.The Regulation provides for the establishment of an information system on mining areas which is meant for standardization and includes coordinates systems, basic maps issued by the Government agency and maps of the different mining business areas.
