The General Comment addresses three parts of Article 2 of the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment which identifies distinct interrelated and essential principles undergirding the Convention's absolute prohibition against torture. The Committee reminded all States parties to the Convention of the non-derogable nature of the obligations undertaken by them in ratifying the Convention.

The Code of Civil Procedure of Cambodia
The Code of Civil procedure was passed by the National Assembly on May 26, 2006 during the fourth session of its third legislature, totally adopted on the form and its legal substances by the Senate on June 23, 2006 during the first session of its second legislature and signed by the King on July 6, 2006. Procedures relating to civil actions shall, except as otherwise provided by other laws, conform to the provisions of this Code.
