ADB explores emerging climate change risks with global experts

On 19 October, Assistant General Counsel Cathy Marsh opened the webinar on Emerging Climate Change Risks for Companies and Financial Institutions which examined the physical, transition, and liability risks of climate change. Global experts discussed regulatory developments, climate-related disclosure, board of directors' duties and liabilities and climate litigation, and identified risk assessment tools.
