Sub-Decree No. 143 (RGC) on the establishment of protected Forest zone and conservation of biodiversity
This Sub-Decree aims at establishing protected forest zones and conservation of biodiversity located in Mondulkiri and Kratie provinces. The organization and functioning of the conservation zones will be determined by a Prakas of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
Law on Water Resources Management
This Law provides for rights and obligations of water users, for fundamental principles of water resources management and for the sustainable development of water resources.The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) shall be responsible for managing and supervising the implementation of this Law, and shall develop the policy on the water resources management, conservation and development.
Order No. 1 (RGC) on ceasing the prevention of imported meat and live pigs from foreign countries
This Order shall replace a previous Order issued by the Royal Government to ban the import of meat and live pigs from foreign countries as the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery has been recognized to be capable of inspecting sanitary and phyto-sanitary conditions for agricultural products.

This Law provides for the management, conservation and development of natural protected areas to ensure the conservation of biodiversity and guarantee the use of natural resources in a sustainable manner.
Sub-Decree No. 140 (RGC) on Transfer of the Land of State Permanent Forest Preserve and Grant of Land to Farmers for Development of Family Rubber Plantation in Kampong Cham Province
This Sub-Decree transfers the land area of the permanent forest preserve of 349 hectares in Kampong Cham province, which is State public property, to State private property.The mandate in possessing State private land is granted to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. The Land will be divided into 139 plots to be distributed to farmers of the development project of the family rubber plantation.
Fisheries Law

Constitution of Cambodia
Cambodia's Constitution was adopted by the Constitutional Assembly on September 21, 1993. It is the supreme law of the Kingdom of Cambodia and organizes Cambodia's government and institutions. All laws and regulations derive from the Constitution's provisions and must conform to it.
Land Law
This Land Law aims to overhaul the distribution and management of land in Cambodia as well as protect property rights. This basic land legislation consists of 8 Titles; Private and public ownership (I); Acquisition of ownership (II); The regime of private ownership (III); Forms of ownership (IV); Immovable property used as surety (V); Cadastre (VI); Penalty provisions (VII) and Final provisions (VIII).The Law refers to recognition of rights to land of persons who have had peaceful, uncontested possession of the land for a certain period of time. It also recognizes the communal rights to immovable property for pagoda's and indigenous communities (art. 23). Objectives of the Law include a policy of institutional reform measures for market-orientated agricultural development. Any previous provisions contrary to this Law are repealed (art. 267).
