Rule on Administrative Search and Inspection under the Philippine Competition Act, Supreme Court A.M. No. 1908-06-SC
The procedural rules provide for the process of application and filing of inspection orders with the Special Commercial Courts which have the authority to issue the same. They further provide for samples of an inspection order, verified application for an inspection order and verified return.
