Ozone Layer Protection (Fees and Penalty Notice) Regulations, Order No. 100 of 2011 (Vanuatu)
The Regulations set certain fees and penalty notices in relation to the Ozone Layer Protection Act. They specifically provide for application fees and inspection fees. They further include a Penalty Notice Table which indicates the provisions of the Act that were violated, and the corresponding prescribed amount of penalty.
