Nuclear Test Ban Act 2007 (Cook Islands)
The Act prohibits any person from:
- Carrying out nuclear weapon test explosion or any other nuclear explosion, or
- Causing, encouraging or in any way participating in the carrying out of any nuclear weapon test explosion or any other nuclear explosion.
The foregoing acts are also punishable when done outside the Cook Islands and committed by a Cook Island citizen or by any other person on board a Cook Island ship.
