Guidelines Implementing the Electronic Payment and Collection System in Government, Department of Finance, Department of Trade and Industry Joint Department Administrative Order No. 02 (Philippines)

The guidelines enumerate the technical, legal and documentary requirements of the Electronic Payment and Collection System (EPCS) to be used by government entities in the collection of fees, charges, assessments and revenues. It requires that the EPCS should be able to accommodate various modes and channels of electronic payments. 

An inter-agency Government Electronic Payment and Collection System Evaluation Team was also created for the purpose of conducting the evaluation, accreditation and recommendation in the approval of applications to adopt EPCS or the components thereof.
