Guidelines on the Financial Assistance for Biodiversity-Friendly Enterprise, Department of Environment and Natural Resources Administrative Order No. 2018-22 (Philippines)

Recipients of the Biodiversity-Friendly Enterprise financial assistance is limited to People's Organizations who are residing, utilizing and/or cultivating the National Integrated Protected Areas System Acts proclaimed areas, and those which are classified as micro-enterprises. The Order enumerated the qualified enterprises which are eligible for financial assistance. These qualified enterprises should be deemed not to have significant adverse effects to the environment which include sustainable agriculture, forestry and fishery, food processing, and specified services. The Order outlined the procedure governing the grant of financial assistance to qualified enterprises.
