Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act, Republic Act No. 11234 (Philippines)

The Department of Energy is mandated to supervise, operate and maintain the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop (EVOSS), and ensure the maintenance of an effective information technology infrastructure system for EVOSS. 

The EVOSS will act as a secure and accessible electronic processing system for energy project proponents where they can obtain the list of all electronic documentary requirements and fees. The EVOSSS shall be a platform where project proponents can submit  documentary requirements, monitor the status of their applications for permits and/or certifications, and calculate all the appropriate fees, among others. It is intended to facilitate the application process of the project proponents by providing a unified and streamlined permitting process which will be an integrated shared service among different government offices and entities. Public officials and/or employees are required to comply with the mandated time frames in the processing of the proponents' applications.
