Decree-Law No. 29/2008, Establishing the Fund for Employment and Vocational Training (Timor-Leste)
The Decree-Law states that the Administrative Body is responsible for the management and administration of the Employment and Professional Training Fund (EPTF). It enumerates and defines the programs which shall be financed by the EPTF which are:
- Professional Training, Improvement and Rehabilitation Program
- Intensive Labor Use Program
- Employment Incentive Program
- Micro-Credit Program
