The Contract Act of Bhutan 2013
The Act defines the formation of contracts, particularly with respect to form, competent parties, object of contracts, consideration of contracts and consent in contracts. It further enumerates and defines void agreements, contingent contracts, quasi-contracts and the termination, alteration or substitution of contracts. The Act also states how contract shall be performed.
