An Act Repealing Republic Act No. 529, as Amended, Entitled "An Act to Assure the Uniform Value of Philippine Coin and Currency," Republic Act No. 8183
Monetary obligations may be settled in Philippine currency, and/or any other currency agreed upon by the parties at the time of payment. The Republic Act repealed a prior Act which limited the settlement of monetary obligations only through Philippine currency.
