Washik Muhammod Istiaq Ezaz

Washik Muhammod Istiaq Ezaz is currently working as a Lecturer of Law at the State University of Bangladesh. After completing his LL.B. and LL.M. degree from the University of Dhaka, he did his second LL.M. degree in International Human Rights Law from the Lund University, Sweden with the Lund University Global Scholarship.

He advocates for human rights and involved with youth activism. His research interests focus on arrest without warrant, pre-trial detention, workers compensation jurisprudence and impact of freedom of association to transform workplace environment. He is affiliated with the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, International Law Students Association (ILSA) and Jessup Bangladesh.
