Wahyu Yun Santoso

Wahyu Yun Santoso is Associate Professor of Law in Environmental Law Department, Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (www.law.ugm.ac.id). He teaches Environmental Law, Conservation Law, Economic Analysis of Environmental Law, and Biotechnology Law. Aside that, he is also certified trainer for environmental auditor, environmental impact assessment, and KLHS in Gadjah Mada Center for Environmental Studies.
He has bachelor and master degree from UGM. He also obtained Master of Globalisation and Law from Universiteit Maastricht the Netherlands. His Ph.D is from Environmental Science, Graduate School UGM with dissertation on “Regulative Framework and Legal Design of Genetic Engineering Application on Agricultural Crops in Indonesia”. He is a member of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law since 2015.
