Victor Bernard is a programme officer at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute (RWI), affiliated with its Sida-funded regional Asia programme. He currently spearheads a number of thematic research papers, including one on the right to safe, clean and sustainable environment in the ASEAN region together with the lead-researcher Dr. Claudia Ituarte-Lima who works under the UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights and the Environment, Prof. David Boyd.
