Tripti Bhushan

Tripti Bhushan is currently working as an Teaching and Research for Intellectual Pursuit (TRIP) Fellow / Academic Tutor at OP Jindal Global Law School. She was previously Assistant Professor in Law at Kalinga University, Raipur. She recently won the International award, Emerging Scientist Award in the Field of Lawon 22 August 2020. Further she has completed her LLM in Intellectual property rights from Hidayatullah National Law University and graduated from Amity Law School, Lucknow.

Ms. Bhushan has cleared AIBE (All India Bar Exam), registered as an Advocate at the UP Bar Council, and holds more than one year experience in academia. She previously worked on India National T.V. as a content writer. She is also the Advisory Board member of International Centre for Intellectual Property Laws (IC-IPL). She also the editorial board member of various Organisations. She has also been selected for ADB's Regional Capacity Development Technical Assistance: Strengthening the Capacity for Environment and Climate Change Law in Asia and Pacific Technical Assistance - Train-the-Trainers Program held on 22-28 November 2020 that was hosted by Gujarat National Law University (Centre for Environment - Sustainable Development and Climate Change) and Jawaharlal Nehru University (Centre for the Study of Law and Governance).

Ms. Bhushan had been invited to be a resource person for delivering lectures at various organisations, and has been the youngest jury to judge the First I-Win - Intellectual Property (IP) Virtual National Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Moot Court in collaboration with Centre of IPR and Patent Facilitation and the University of Osmania. She has also been invited to judge the First National Justice Deepak Misra National Moot Court Competition 2020.

Ms. Bhushan has various research publications and articles in reputed journals such as the Journal of Intellectual Property Rights, International Education and Research Journal, International Journal of Advance Research, and Innovative Ideas in Education. and has attended and presented various papers in six international/national conferences and seminars such as the India Teachers Congress in New Delhi. She has completed a Fifteen Days Master Course on Corporate law from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University and the Professional Development Program from University of Buraimi. She has also attended International/National Conferences at the NALSAR University of Law in Hyderabad, International Conference on Environmental law at Gujarat National Law University, and the Gandhinagar and International Trade and IPR Conference by the Intellectual Society of Entrepreneurship and Research Development (ISERD India). She has authored articles / papers in areas focusing on Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate, Cyber Law, Criminal Law, Media Law, Aviation and Space, and Maritime and International Law.

Further Ms. Bhushan has completed various National / International certificate courses from WIPO (World Intellectual Property Rights Organisation), CISCO Networking Academy, United States Institute of Peace, RMLNLU ( Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow) Coursera, and Law Learners. Her area of interest lies in IPR, Cyber Law, International and Human Rights Law, Arbitration, Media Law, Criminal Law and Environmental Law.
