Tin Moe Lwin

Tin Moe Lwin is a professor at the Department of law, Mandalay University of Distance Education. He holds LLB, LLM in International Law and PhD in Environmental Law. During his career, he teaches Jurisprudence, Law of Contract, Myanmar Customary Law, International Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Law of Armed Conflict and International Environmental Law in Yadanabon University, Taunggyi University, Monywa University and Mandalay University. He has served as Professor in Mandalay University of Distance Education since 2017. His researches include in the fields of Myanmar Customary Law, International Humanitarian Law and International Environmental Law. His current research interest is Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage of Bagan, Myanmar. He also involved in various laws drafting process of Mandalay Regional Hluttaw. He participated in many trainings, workshops and seminars both in the country and abroad.
