Theingi Soe

Theingi Soe joined the Office of the General Counsel’s Law and Policy Reform (LPR) team as a Senior Legal Operations Assistant in January 2023 on a short-term assignment from ADB’s Myanmar Resident Mission Office under the Southeast Asia Department (SERD). She provides technical, analytical, and administrative support for the LPR Program, specifically in the processing and administration of technical assistance projects. She also provides administrative and logistical support for LPR events such as meetings, stakeholder consultations, workshops, regional conferences, and capacity building programs. 

She brings with her more than 15 years of work experiences in finance and administrative support, including more than five years at ADB’s Myanmar Resident Mission Office. Prior to joining ADB in 2019, she was a project assistant with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Myanmar and has held roles with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and at RECOFTC-The Centre for People and Forests as Accounts and Administrative Officer. 

She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Pharmacy in Yangon, Myanmar and pursued her Master of Public Administration from the University of Economics in Meikhtila, Mandalay.
