Takako Morita

Takako Morita specializes in international development finance, covering the Southeast and Central West regions. Prior to joining ADB, Ms. Morita worked at regional law firms in California, USA with primary focus on project finance for renewable energy and climate finance projects. She was also a climate change officer with the United Nations Development Programme, Indonesia, specializing in climate change and green economy. Takako is currently implementing a TA project on legal readiness in climate finance as part of OGC’s LPR Program.
