Souksakhone Savath

Souksakhone Savath hold BSc. from Hanoi Architectural School, Vietnam; MSc. on Urban Environmental Management, from AIT, Thailand. He has worked as Head of Environmental Planning and Development for Faculty of Environmental Sciences, National University of Laos as lecturer and researcher since 2006.  His main research interests are urban planning, environmental management, Environmental Impact Assessment, wastewater treatment, biogas production

Mr. Souksakhone Savath is teaching Integrated Urban Management. He performed different research projects in Faculty of Environmental Sciences such as Director of Center of Excellent for Environmental Management. He has conducted research on Water Supply and Economic, NUOL; Biogas production by human sewage supported by Nanyang University; Wastewater treatment, collaborated and supported by Swidish Government.

Mr. Souksakhone Savath has served as a consultant for different projects in Laos, such as water treatment process, solids waste management, and conducted environmental impact assessments especially for urban infrastructure, hydropower and mining.
