Sivathath Sangbouaboulom is an academic lecturer and researcher of the Natural and Environmental Laws in the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the National University of Laos. He has a Master's Degree in Comparative Law and Political Science, and his thesis was focused on improving management and control of land concession for plantation in Laos. He studied Lao land law, Investment law, and Forest Law.
