Saiphone Khotsaignoh

Saiphone Khotsaignoh is a lecturer for Souphanouvong University. He graduated from the Luangprabang Teacher Training College, and went to be a teacher at the remote area as a volunteer in the Northern province of Laos. He worked there for 3 years and returned to Vientiane to continue his own mission in education at the National University Of Laos.
