Moe Thu started to serve tutor position in Yangon University in 1993. In 2004, she went to peace palace, Hague, Netherland for certificate course for public International law. Due to personal reason she withdraw as PhD candidate in 2005. The same year she got the PG diploma in I H l in 2006. In addition she went to attend the semina for C LE in Kong Kan University in Thailand.In 2016 Icomplete the Blended learning coursse for environment related Human Right Law from Raoul Wellenberg Institute, Sweden. Now, she will participate the workshop onresearch initiative programme for Asian Pacific region in Thailand . This workshopw ill be sponsored by R W I.
