Kristine Joy Argallon

Kristine Joy Argallon is a Litigation and Advocacy Officer for the Philippine Earth Justice Center, Inc. She is currently involved in litigation of cases concerning violations of environmental laws and rights of the marginalized fisherfolks, such as the Policy Framework on the Implementation of the MOA between the Province of Cebu and the Local Government Units surrounding the Tanon Strait Protected Seascape, the Petition for Certiorari on the Coal Fired Powerplant Case against the DENR in February, Fisheries Cases involving the Tanon Strait Protected Seascape.
